Ludowici has a state of the art polyurethane moulding facility and a large data bank of formulations which can produce engineered  polyurethane solutions for a wide range of industries:
 
Mining -  FRAS rated material for underground mining, lining of slurry pipes, transport equipment, drag lines , dump trucks, flotation cells, crushers, ball mills, conveyor idlers, cable covers, wheel chocks.
 
Industrial - fork lift/pallet truck wheels,rollers, valve seats , die strippers,gears & gear teeth , slats for airport conveyors, coupling rubbers.
 
Locomotive/car - thrust pads,truck axle bushes, engine mountings, dodgem wheels, bottle holders & pads
 
Marine - rope sheaves, buffers,
  
Printing/rolling - roll covers in all sizes, cutting sticks & pads, guillotine pads
 
Our experienced engineers can help you to optimise tool design and recommend the grade of polyurethane best suited to the application. Our NATA laboratory is fully equipped to carry out abrasion testing on products.
